Nascida em São Miguel do Passa Quatro, no coração do Cerrado Goiano, a Dom Trajano é um projeto desenvolvido pelo padre Edmar Castro junto com seu filho Rômulo.
Envelhecida em três diferentes tipos de madeira — carvalho, jequitibá e amburana — tem como mascote o tamanduá-bandeira, que costuma frequentar os arredores da fábrica.
Essa cachaça transborda tradição, significado e excelência em sabor e textura.

Born in São Miguel do Passa Quatro in the middle of the Cerrado Goiano, Dom Trajano is a project developed by father Edmar Castro with his son Rômulo. Dom Trajano is aged with three different types of wood, Carvalho, Jequitibá and Amburana having its mascot the Tamanduá-Bandeira that usually frequents the surroundings of the factory, this cachaça overflows with tradition, meanings and excellence in flavor and textures.
